At Santosha, our mission is to honor each individual's unique journey by providing a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all levels and backgrounds can experience the benefits of the practice of yoga.

We believe yoga is a deeply personal journey, and that students come to yoga from all walks of life, for any number of reasons. We honor each students journey in a way that feels tailored to them. Each class is thoughfully crafted to provide individualized attention and encourage self-discovery, so that each student may experience the highest benefit to their minds, bodies, and spirits.

Jessica Walker, Instructor & Studio Owner
​Jessica began her practice in 2017 as a way to reconnect with her body after becoming a new mother. She quickly fell in love with physical and philosophical aspects of the practice. She recieved her 200 hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa in 2023, and achieved additional training in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Philosophy. She currently instructs Hatha and Yin and is persuing her 300 hour certification.
